John Dickenson. In a letter, 1850 August 19, [Z.?] Jacob, Wheeling, Va., a Whig candidate in a forthcoming election, writes to John Atkinson, New Manchester, Hancock County, Va., on the Whig and Democratic candidates and seeks his friend's support.
